Lead Life in Flow is a guided four-week journey to move beyond overwhelm and reclaim the way of living that is already yours — grounded, heart-led, and whole. Together, we’ll expand on and deepen the three shifts introduced in the masterclass:

• From Masks to Mirrors — releasing old patterns of hiding and self-judgment, and learning to see yourself with honesty, compassion, and unconditional love.

• From Fire to Flow — softening the push and constant drive of overproducing, and learning to embrace the natural rhythm of both masculine and feminine. Honoring the steadiness of the masculine while inviting in the beauty of the feminine — rest, renewal, receptivity, and trust in life’s unfolding.

• From Head to Heart — softening the dominance of the thinking mind, and returning to the heart — the place of feminine wisdom, truth, and guidance that rises from within.

Each week builds on the last, weaving guided practices, cacao communions, and the rhythm of circle to help you:

• Root back into presence, clarity, and ease — even in the busyness of life

• Experience flow not just as fleeting moments, but as a way of leading and living

• Remember your wholeness, and rise in balance with the feminine — alongside other women walking the same path

This is not another program to finish — it’s a living practice of remembrance, choosing again and again to return, to soften, to rise. Flow becomes the foundation of how you show up in your life, your work, and your relationships.
